City of Refuge will be a place dedicated to help people rehabilitate, become skillful workers and receive a strong foundation in the Word of God. City of Refuge will consist of a Transformation centre, Trade School, Missionary Housing, a Sanctuary and much more.

HRSM owns 6 acres of land. We plan to start building in November 2020. The first phase will be the transformation Centre.
