City of Refuge will be a place dedicated to help people rehabilitate, become skillful workers and receive a strong foundation in the Word of God. City of Refuge will consist of a Transformation centre, Trade School, Missionary Housing, a Sanctuary and much more.

HRSM owns 8 acres of land. First phase construction was completed in April 2025. We are currently raising funds to fill the rooms. We need Kitchen cabinets, appliances, air conditioners and much more.
